“My 3rd grade class at Buckingham Elementary is thrilled to be a part of the Roxy Reading Program. We eagerly await our weekly visits from Andrea Dadigan and her trusty pups... Lowen and Cru. 

First of all, their gentle nature just relaxes the children. Just a pet or a hug brightens a child's day. The kids really look forward to reading and talking to Lowen and Cru. 

Students who are often apprehensive to read never hesitate to grab a book and read aloud when they visit. Our class feels special to have this community "therapy team" come into our classroom and support us as readers and learners. 

We appreciate the time and commitment Andrea, Lowen, and Cru donate to our social and emotional well-being.”
